the BS EN ISO 9001 accreditation and operate
a
dedicated quality control facility.
EQUIPMENT:
Our dedicated quality control department is
set up with the following:
CMM:
IMS impact – Travel X of 500mm: Y of
600mm: Z of 450mm. Part programming and printing
of results used for statistical analysis.
CMM: Ferranti fitted with Quadra-chek 3000 -
Travel X of 600mm: Y of 400mm: Z of 400mm.
AIR GAUGING: For measurement of tapers and holes.
OTHER EQUIPMENT: Shadow Graph,
surface finish measurement, hardness testing
and conventional
metrology measuring devices.

Our facilities and equipment allow us to work
to the following tolerances:

INSPECTION: ±0.005mm
CMM ON MACHINE: ±0.05mm
SURFACE FINISH: 2 micrometers
TRACEABILITY: We offer full
lot traceability on all items and certification
